Remote IT support for business and residential customers
Most computer problems don’t need a truck in your driveway. You call or message, we connect with a one-time code, and you watch the fix happen on your own screen. If it truly needs hands on the hardware, we say so up front.

Questions
Is remote support safe?
Yes. Sessions use a one-time code you approve, you can watch every action on your screen, and access ends the moment the session closes. Nothing is installed permanently unless you ask for it.
What do I need for a remote session?
A working internet connection and a computer that boots. If it won’t start at all, we can talk through it by phone first and decide whether on-site help makes sense.
Do you support Mac as well as Windows?
Yes. Windows, macOS, iPhone, Android and most small-office printers and routers.
Do you offer ongoing support for businesses?
Yes. Monthly support plans cover a set number of hours, priority response and routine maintenance. Ask for a quote and we’ll scope it to your office.
Tell us what’s going on
A quick description is enough. We reply the same day.
